Feis Ceiidh

Fred is a piping superstar on Highland Pipes, Scottish Small Pipes, Border Pipes, low whistle and Uilleann Pipes.
He holds the record for the most Macallan Trophies at the Lorient Festival - 7 times winner.
He has won everything there is to win as a solo competitive piper including the Gold Medal for Pibroch and has a long career in traditional music playing with bands such as Clan Alba and Capercaillie.
He was voted 2004 instrumentalist of the year in the Scots Trad Music Awards.
He has has several acclaimed CD's 'The Broken Chanter' 1993, 'The Soulnd of the Sun' 2000, 'Outlands' 2009 and 'Dunrobin Place' 2012.

BYOB. Concert opened by Arran Music School Youth Pipers. All profit to go to the Feis and Arran Music School.
